    Personal information collected through this website may be used by the University of Miami and the Frost School of Music to communicate with you regarding special offers, upcoming events, updated information from the Frost School of Music, or for other marketing purposes.

    If you provide us with your e-mail address, mailing address, or telephone number, we may use such information to contact you, from time to time, regarding your ticket order status or special last-minute deals.

    We may occasionally make your emails available to select other organizations whose products or services you might find interesting, including but not limited to non-profit arts organizations, affiliated organizations, or companies or organizations with whom we have a contractual or sponsor relationship.

    We do not provide your personally identifiable information to any advertising server companies.

  • Opting Out

    Under Florida law, e-mail addresses are public records. If you do not want your e-mail address released in response to a public records request, do not send electronic mail to us. Instead, contact us by phone or in writing.

    If you want to remove your information from our database and do not want to receive any Frost School of Music correspondence, e-mail or otherwise, please make such a request to fmtickets@miami.edu or contact us directly by calling 305-284-2400 or writing to us at the address displayed on our website. Please include your full name, complete address, and/or e-mail address when you contact us.

    Patrons who receive e-blasts through our Constant Contact email system can simply unsubscribe within the email.

  • Credit Card Information Privacy

    Frost School of Music does not have, under any circumstances, access to your credit card information. When you purchase tickets online or in person, we use your credit card information only to process your payment and will not use it for marketing purposes. Credit card information is transmitted through but is not stored, on a web-enabled server. If you would like to purchase more tickets, you will need to have your credit card ready. Please be aware that your credit will be billed from our third-party service provider, OvationTix (Tmania), located in New York.

    The Frost School of Music reserves the right to publish pictures of audience members on its website, social media accounts, and printed materials.

    Students/concert guests attending and/or participating in class sessions or events understand that they may be audio/video recorded or photographed.

    Students will be informed or made aware of this by the instructor or event director before the start of the class or event.

    Students' voice, image, or likeness will be used for educational purposes, including for institutional review of instruction and for the education of other students. These materials will also be used to promote the school and its programs.

    Students will receive no money or remuneration of any kind from the University related to this consent and release.

    Students/concert guests acknowledge that they do not have the right to approve any materials developed by the University as authorized.

    All rights in and to any compositions embodied in any audio or video recordings remain the property of the composer(s).
