  • I am in a wheelchair or have difficulty with steps. Where will my seats be located?

The UM Maurice Gusman Concert Hall and Victor E. Clarke Recital Hall are fully compliant with ADA rules and regulations. We have seating areas in both of our halls that will accommodate your needs and allow you to enjoy our presentations completely.

In the Maurice Gusman Concert Hall, you’ll find accessible seats in the first 10 seats of the first row. The elevator at the Maurice Gusman Concert Hall is located at the right-hand side of the hall.

In the Victor E. Clarke Recital Hall, accessible seats are located in both ends of Row F, which is the sixth row.

To reserve seats in these areas, please contact our Box Office at 305-284-2400. We apologize, but these seats are not available on our website. Applies only to reserved seating concerts.

For general admission concerts, please inform one of the ushers in black Frost attire to guide you to the first row of the hall.

  • I selected a Barcoded E-Ticket on my online purchase. What now?

Please print out your e-ticket as our scanners will not be able to detect all mobile devices properly. If you forgot your ticket, please show your ID so we can allow you inside the hall.

  • I can't print out my E-Tickets.

Make sure you disable your pop-up blockers or make sure that the Ovationtix site is set as an exception. There is no recommended browser for printing e-tickets.

To print tickets, click on View Etickets in your email confirmation and then click the blue "Print Now" button in the browser window that pops up. The normal print menu for the browser will appear where you can select your desired printer and then you click print.

If printing is still an issue, please bring your ID and we will verify at the check-in table.
