If the concert is canceled, credit and debit cards will be automatically refunded the next business day.

Are there ticket fees?

Your ticket price reflects less than half of the true cost of your seat. It is donations from music lovers like you that enables us to continue producing beautiful, world-class performances.

What is the Frost School of Music refund policy if there’s a natural disaster?

In the event that a natural disaster (i.e., hurricanes or severe tropical weather) causes the rescheduling or cancellation of a performance, information will be announced in our e-blast list as well as our website. Please be aware that there is no way to contact all individual ticket holders other than by electronic means. If the concert is canceled, credit and debit cards will be automatically refunded the next business day.
